Our new 2009-10 Bread Baking programme is on the website with  course dates from September to December now available. We now have a choice of three "Introduction to Bread Baking" courses for beginners and  four "More Bread Baking" courses!

New 2009-10 Photography and Gardening courses will be added to the website shortly but there are still some spaces on the remaining dates of our current programme

BREAD BAKING COURSES

Learn how to bake your own bread, try out some traditional artisan baking, or experience using a

 wood-fired bread oven. We offer a variety of one day courses for a range of baking experience and

interest. Organic ingredients and stone ground flour, and a "bakers lunch  is provided!

We make the most of our high quality images in our illustrated talks with a wide range of talks to suit both gardening and general interest groups .
