THE bread Baking experience

A Baking Course is an ideal  Birthday or Christmas present - or simply treat yourself!  Our Artisan and wood fired courses are changing from August 2008 - see Baking Home for details.

 

Course types

The one day baking courses  allow you a choice  to match your baking interest and bread making experience.

New to baking; Little or no experience of making home baked bread. Ideal course for those wishing to move on from using a bread making machine, or to develop their baking skills.

We recommend the Introduction to Baking course first

More experienced; For those who want an extra baking experience and to build on their baking skills! If you bake bread regularly or have been on a been on an Introduction to Baking course take a look at our Traditional bread (Artisan) courses, or consider a Wood fired Baking experience.

Please note ; Our courses  represent excellent value for money. Due to  increases in organic flour prices and a significant rise in organic  food prices , some course prices will  be increased from August 2008.

WHERE ARE WE?

Courses are held in Little Bytham, Lincolnshire. Little Bytham is  between Stamford and Grantham in the West of Lincolnshire,  about 10 mins drive from the A1.

 

Terms and conditions

The courses are very popular. We would like to bring the following terms and conditions to your attention to help to offer the best bread making experience.

  • If we are forced to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the choice of an available place on a future course (of the same type), or a full refund.
  • If you subsequently have to cancel your place on a course after making of a booking, we regret that  a refund will not be given unless you place is filled.
  • Participants must abide by health and safety, and hygiene instructions given.
  • Your personal details will be used solely in connection with our courses and will not be passed on to any third parties.
