WHICH TALK WILL BE SUITABLE FOR OUR GROUP?We would be pleased to discuss the talks and help you to choose one to suit your group. Our talks are carefully planned, some having taken years to put together, so we regret we cannot do "talks to order". It is helpful if you have have several alternative dates for your booking. Due to other commitments longer distance travel may only be possible on certain dates. Once we agree a date we will then send you a formal booking form. This will show our lecture fee and the mileage rate. Please e-mail to give your contact details and if possible a phone number with the best time to talk to you. E-mail us at messages@pm-images.co.uk CONFIRMING THE DATEOnce we receive your form the date will be confirmed in our diary. Most groups get in touch 2-4 weeks before the date sending a map and confirming the meeting. THE NIGHT OF THE TALKOur talks are joint presentations and last around 75 mins. We provide our own high quality projector, stand and a large screen. There will need to be a central isle for projection equipment. Most of our talks include music at some point. We have our own sound system for this. We will require the following from you to get the most from the talk… - Access to mains power (we have extension leads) from two sockets.
- Good blackout.
- Two or three tables for our display materials/demonstrations and other information.
Ideally we like need at least 30 minutes to set up before your group arrive. NOTE; If you have a voice PA system, we will need TWO microphones as we both talk! |
